President Trump it maybe an error to attack Arnold Schwarzenegger

President Trump has been attacking Arnold Schwarzenegger.  There was no reason for President Trump to attack and try and make fun of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Schwarzenegger was Governor of California from 2003 to 2011.  But President Trumps attacks on Schwarzenegger have been about him being on “The Celebrity Apprentice” TV show.

You got to wonder why would President Donald Trump care about Arnold Schwarzenegger or the TV show.

First you think that maybe President Trump fears Schwarzenegger running for President of the United States.  But Schwarzenegger was not born in the United States and so can not be President.

President Trump says “blame the judge!”

The ban on Muslims coming into the United States is un-American and, I think, unconstitutional.
The Slate has a article on it:  Clear Violation
They say it is unconstitutional in five ways;  Equal Protection, First Amendment, Due Process, Habeas Corpus and Family Reunification Rights.

President Trump also is attacking US District Judge Rames Robart.  He has attacked other judges in the past.
The President of the United States should not attack a judge.
Plus I would also fear that he is putting the judge and his family in danger.  President Trump has some crazy people out there that believe in him and listen to him.  I hope that extra security is being given to judges that President Trump is attacking.

Republican members of Congress should make it clear to President Trump that we are a nation of laws.

President Trump is also being very stupid.  His ban on Muslims and other actions, I think, is going to go to the Supreme Court.  I do not think that the Supreme Court is going to like that the President of the United States is attacking federal judges.  The high court may just decide to send a message to the head of he Executive branch from the Judicial branch of the government.

Congress Should Censure the President

I think that we are all in danger from President Trump.  He is very stupid or he suffers from some form of mental problems.
He has great power.  He does not appear to understand that not just his deeds but his words can cause major problems for the people of the United States.

I think Congress should censure President Trump.
It might be one way to get his attention and get him to start listening to people.

In the United States, governmental censure is done when a body’s members wish to publicly reprimand the President of the United States, a member of Congress, a judge or a cabinet member. It is a formal statement of disapproval.

Now I can get access to a gun

I want to thank the Republicans in the House.  They voted to allow people that are mentally impaired to have access to guns.  Yes the Republicans in the House want people like me with mental illnesses to have access to guns.
God bless the Republicans.  They are real fucking Americans.
They know that the Second Amendment  of the United States Constitution does not say that people that are crazy can not have a gun.  Hell we are the sort of people that want and need guns.
We need protection from Communist,  Saintist, Zomies and space aliens.  Plus there are others that we need guns for and you know who they are ….

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

Windows 10 Insider Release Preview 15025

Hello Windows Insider,

We recently released one of the largest set of new Windows 10 Insider Preview* features since our Anniversary Update. It’s packed with updates for every Insider, whether you’re a creator, developer, IT Pro — or simply love Windows and want even more cool tools.

Go here for all the latest preview updates for PC and mobile. Here are just a few highlights:

  • One-step import of data to Microsoft Edge. Import your favorites, browsing history, saved passwords, and other data to Edge from another browser you have installed — all in one simple step.
  • Preview your browser tabs. It’s easy to lose track of what’s in your browser tabs, especially when you have many tabs from the same site, with similar titles and icons. Tab preview bar in Edge gives you a visual preview of every tab without leaving your page.
  • More control of multiple tabs. Click once to set all your tabs aside if you want to start from a clean slate. Then click again to bring them all back. Easy!
  • Group your tiles. Got too many tiles on your Start screen? Simply drag and drop a tile on top of another tile to create a folder for multiple tiles.
  • Improve your PC performance. If your PC is running slowly, the Refresh Windows option in Windows Defender may help. It starts fresh by reinstalling and updating Windows, which will remove most of your apps but keep your personal files and some Windows settings. For more details, see this forum post.
  • Do even more with Cortana.** Set recurring time-based Cortana Reminders for “Every Month” or “Every Year” — great for bill payment or anniversary reminders! (Another clever suggestion from Insiders.) And another cool Cortana feature: Cortana can display links in the Action Center to websites or cloud-based documents that you opened on one PC — so you can pick up where you left off on another PC.

We can’t wait to hear your feedback. In fact, with so many new features, we made sure to keep our team and the Customer Champs on high alert in Feedback Hub. And on a related note:

  • Join our February Bug Bash. We kick off our next Windows 10 Bug Bash this week and we are excited to hear from Insiders around the world, especially those who speak other languages besides English. As with previous Bug Bashes, you can use Quests within Feedback Hub to direct you to new capabilities. The first set of Quests for the February Bug Bash are available in the Feedback Hub. Doctor’s office visit and request for a breast reduction

I took an Uber to the doctor’s office today.   It was for my check up.  I gave them my blood and urine.  The doctor’s office will put the results online.  If he sees a problem he will contact me.
I was going to have him take a growth off my shoulder.  I asked him about the place on top my head.  It has been there for a year.  It does not heal. I wanted to make sure if the he removed the growth on my shoulder that it would heal.

He looked at the place on top my head and said without a delay “CANCER!”  It said it so fast that I was thinking he was joking. Cancer is not funny but I attempted a bit of humor with him.  But he just went on telling me what would have to be done about the place on top my head.  I knew he was not joking.
I made an appointment for a month from now to have him remove the thing on my shoulder and to do a biopsy of the place on top my head.  If the results are cancer he told me what would have to be done.  There is not much skin on top of my head.  So if they have to remove the place I may have to have a skin graft.

Now … I know what you all are thinking from looking at the photo above.
NO I did not ask to have a breast reduction!
I paid a lot of money to get those breasts.

President Trump fires acting Attorney General

We have real problems with “our” President.  I do not know how our nation is going to make it.  We have a  President that is emotional a 5 year old.

Today President Trump is going to announce who he wants for the Supreme Court.

But he just fired Sally Yates who was the acting Attorney General!

“Sally Quillian Yates (born August 20, 1960) is an American lawyer. She served as a United States Attorney and later United States Deputy Attorney General, having been appointed to both positions by President Barack Obama. She served as Acting United States Attorney General from January 20, 2017 until her dismissal by President Donald Trump on January 30, 2017, following her order to the Justice Department not to defend Trump’s immigration-related executive order in court…”

The United States Attorney General is the head of the United States Department of Justice. The AG is the chief law enforcement officer and chief lawyer of the United States.
We expect that person to follow the laws of the United States and protect all of us.  The AG is also takes an oath:

"I (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and
defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,
foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to
the same; that I take this obligation freely without any mental
reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully
discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So
help me God."

Yes the President of the United States can fire the AG.
But we expect the AG to follow the oath they have taken and do the right thing for all of us.  We expect the AG to stand up for the Constitution and stand up to the President of the United States.  Of course you would expect the President of the United States to ask the AG about a law or Executive Order before he issued one or signed one.  You would expect the President to listen to the AG.
But we have a stupid President now.  We have a man that has not read the Constitution of the United States and does not understand it.

Now the President of the United States has to get Congress to approve the new AG that he wants.  I feel sorry for Sen. Jeff Sessions.  He  is the man  that President Trump wants the Congress to confirm as AG.
Sen. Sessions is going to be asked, under oath, if the Executive Order from President Trump is legal.  He is going to be asked if he was AG would he enforce it.
It is not only Sen. Sessions that is going to be in the hot seat but also the person that President Trump wants to put on the United States Supreme Court.  We do not know yet who he will be but I feel sorry for him.  I expect he will say that he can not discuss a pending case that might come before the high court.  But he is still going to get asked about it.

Today the Senate Judicial Committee  plans to vote on Sen. Sessions and then it would go to the full senate for a vote of confirmation.  I think the Judicial Committee should NOT vote today.  I think they should call Sen. Sessions back and ask him some questions.
If I was Sen. Sessions I would tell President Trump that I did not want the job of AG now.  Just think about how it would feel to be approved and walk into the office of the AG now.

President Trump is not off to a good start.
The Democrats do not have the votes.  It up to the Republicans in Congress and I do not see them doing anything to help.
The Republicans should send him a message.  A strong message.
